help. i have a 90hp. in line 6 mercury outboard. i'm having fuel problems .i have fuel to the fuelpump but not any further.i can fill the carbs and it will run until their out of gas. but nothing comes through the pump. i've put a fuelpump rebuild kit in it but it didn't come with check valves or the spring plunger.just gaskets and a diaphram.when it runs,there is pressure coming out of the two ports on the motor where the pump mounts.can anybody help?
