1976 35 hp johnson inharted motor !!! i was wondering the best way to check the stator plate and coils beacouse i am getting no fire on either cylinder.Thanks for any help!!
Big John, at this stage I would be pouring through my manual. Also do a search of prior threads for related info. Others on this board are much more familiar with electrical systems. Most probable cause of no spark on this hp and year is dead power pac. You will need peak reading voltmeter to check charge coil and sensor coil under flywheel.
