No cooling water

2002 Honda 115 hp 4stroke. I have no cooling water coming out, but do feel air coming out. Does that mean water pump is working and intake clogged? I could not reach the intake from my boat, will have to turn it around on the dock.

You are not pumping; that is exhaust backing through the system. Install a water pump kit.

Is this what I need. I will not be replacing it. No Honda technician close, but would like to have the parts for the mechanic so we can get back on water. Thanks

If that matches your model, it should be OK. Personally, I try to use Factory kits rather than aftermarket when I can.

I have read that you will need special tools to replace the seals P/N 's 07936-3710600, 07936-3710200,and 07936-3710100. What are they and were do I find them ,if I really need them. I am about to do a compleat rebuild on my honda 115 water pump soon. :lol:

You don not need any special tools to replace a waterpump repair kit. Stay away from getting into unnecessary seal replacement. IE Do not take a simple thing and turn it into a complicated thing....And Paul is giving you a great tip about staying with original manufacturers parts.
