Please help. Mayday !!! I have a 12 foot caribe dinghy. 1996, 25 hp. Was runing fine and died. tried to start and nothing. Changed fuel and 2 cycle oil. Will only start in a full throttle position. If I idle down, completely dies. Is this a carburator problem? Cleaned fuel filter and changed spark plugs. This is critical transporation, as we live on the river. Please respond ASAP.
