Nissan Kicker

Hey Guys;

I have a 1996 Nissan NS8B, its a 8hp 2 stroke short shaft kicker. I have a solas 4 blade 5 pitch 12 spline (high thrust) prop i use that works well for trolling.

I am going to get a Tohatsu MFS6BL, its a 6hp 4 stroke long shaft. (going to order a new one)

Will the Solas work on the new Tohatsu? If not, can those hubs be swapped out to make it work?

Just look it up here on iboats, if the item# is the same then yes it will fit.

look up props for each motor here at iboats and compare the sku.Don't they include the prop with a new motor?As I recall I think Nissan and Tohatsu are sleeping together?
