You can make it by-your-self, drill 3 holes in a flat piece of rigid metal, distance from hole center to center of plate is 38 mm screw 3 bolts tighten up and hammer, pop it is open, the nut is 27 mm and you need to lenghten the shaft to get enough torque, you also need something to hold the flywheel in place, good look tuning you stuff.
d:) I´m the # 1 you see (almost everyone here in my neighbourghood is),
Trust me, I know what I´m talking about.

Re: Nissan 90 hp

Well Mr. Raana since you're #1 I hope you can help me now. I took your advice for Playboy, since my problem seemed similar to his, and took my flywheel off and cleaned it. Only problem is before I received your reply about removal tool, I tried to take it off the wrong way. I put a screwdriver through one of the two holes on top that don't have threads trying to hold flywheel and turn the nut and suddenly felt something slip so I tried cranking the motor, hoping that I hadn't torn anything up and it wouldn't hit a lick. Took plug wire off to see if it would arc NO FIRE This morning I got flywheel off and the only damage I could see was a little nick on the insalation on one of the coils on the plate assembly. The other two coils do not have insulation. I think it's the exciter coil. Just a small nick so I wrapped electrical tape around it tight, cleaned all the components and flywheel, put it back together and still no fire. Any advice on what to do now?

Gerald you are right about me being # 1o:)

but are you quite sure of what you are doing?
Did you have any spark before you started tuning or did you loose the spark by tampering with the flywheel? Did you loose spark on all cylinders?
Mr. Playboy had a good spark when he turned the engine but with the engine running it was to weak, if you have no spark at all, what so ever, you are probably in deep shi.. trouble!

If you want I can give you complete troubleshooting advice for free, no trouble at all!
after following the troubleshootin´ chart your engine will run and that is 100% for sure.
