nissan 90 hp no spark

installed a older Nissan motor and when I went to fire it up no spark. tested the stator only producing 26 volts . The rectifier is producing 6 volts. bot I need help

Welcome to Iboats,

Don't know about that precise model but 26 Volts is quite low, on other HP models should be min 100 "DVA" volts measured with a DVA reading capacity multimeter...

What is your actual model? I don't believe that motor has a stator. Are you using a DVA-equipped meter? Did you test the CD?
