Buddy of mine has a NS 9.9D 355A-1 S#70256 , plugs are NGK BR 7HS10 . The problem is when<br />going from an idle to full throttle the motor<br />bogs , if you stay on the throttle the boat will<br />gradually ,slowly pickup speed until it reaches<br />some rpm (I would guess 2,000 to 2,500) then all of a sudden the motor will clear up and run fine.<br /> It will do this everytime , although some times<br />to a lesser degree . Motor runs fine otherwise . It has been to the shop for carb cleaning twice,<br />and has new plugs . I think it is a timing advance problem . Any thoughts? Thanks,tailfin10
