Nissan 9.9 parts availablity

I just picked up a Nissan 9.9 outboard that I need some information on. Its a NS9.9B2 model, grey cowl and blue lower. Can anybody tell me the year model of this motor? I dont see a carb kit listed for this unit on the parts diagram. Should I worry about parts availablity on this rig? The reason im asking is that I bought it for the e start but I have a 9.9 Johnson that runs like a top. I was going to sell the Johnson but I may fix the nissan and sell it.

The 9.9B is quite obsolete, superceded by the C and then D and then the 2 generations of 4-strokes. It's from the 80's. Treat the carb well, as there in fact no kits. A few internal carb parts may possibly be on a dusty back shelf at a dealer somewhere.

What about through other suppliers? That looks to be a TK carburetor?

If you have an olde tyme NAPA store around, and the folks there are real parts people, maybe...
