I have a Nissan 9.9 HP motor. I am not really sure of the year, but it says "9.9 B2" and "46617" on the plate on the side. The engine refuses to start or even fire. The fuel is good, carb is cleaned out and everything looks good from the outside, including the spark plugs. I can pull the rope until blue in the face and it just won't go. I am thinking it is spark related because it wouldnt even fire on starting fluid. I'm not sure where to go from here as I am not really sure how to check for a spark. Thanks for any help!
