I am in Cartagena, Colombia on a layover before we set sail for the panama canal. Our dingy motor is a nissan 9.8, and I beleive it is a 1995. The prop hub has been spun, and I have yet to find anyone down here who can repress a spun bushing. I have tried many marinas and chandleries down here, but it seems that the nissan/tohatsu motors they get here in colombia are a 9.9 - and the prop is completely different. It almost appears as if the nissans they have down here are yamaha propped.<br /><br />Is there another make of motor that makes compatible props that I could ask for? The prop APPEARS to be a mercury compatible prop. Every nissan part i have come accross for a 9.9 here is too big - and it looks identical to the yamaha props.<br /><br />PLZ help. Thanks!
