i have a 2005 nissan 9.8 thats barely broken in. It went underwater so I drained the oil and took apart the carb. It has fresh gas and spark but won't fire off. Somebody said something about the magneto rusting. There is no sign of corrosion on any of the ele. connections ( it went under in fresh water). Does anybody have any suggestions ?
