nissan 8hp pull start wont suck back in

my 8hp nissan wont suck the starter rope back in. im guessing its the recoil spring that broke but not sure.......anyone have any suggestions on whats wrong and were i can get a new spring at?

Any Nissan or Tohatsu dealer for parts and you have to take the starter apart to determine the problem.
