My 50 hp 2 stroke is running great on land once it's in the water it idles out and dies. Spark plug just done, compression good. Think it's the low idle jets in Carb and going to rebuild them but wanted to know if anyone else has had this issue.

Start with completely cleaning the carburetors. Ultrasonic cleaner, air, carb cleaner, make sure the tiniest passages are squeaky clean. Then re-evaluate.

Could be a head gasket, that's one of the more common causes of water in the cylinders. I would personally fog the heck out of the motor with fogging oil, to try to displace as much water as possible inside the motor, then take the head off and inspect it. If it looks fixable, get it running and hot ASAP to get the water out of the rest of the motor.

Compression was good back in January and hasn't been used since then, plus it's all cylinders

Water in all 3 cylinders? Could be getting into the block. NSD... as in TLDI? or do you mean NS50D2 carbureted?
