Nissan 40C air/fuel adjustment?

Hey guys. Trying again. I have an old Nissan NS40C and have cleaned out the carb. What is the proper adjustment for the air/fuel mixture screw? Thanks all

Just did a carb clean up.

-air/fuel screw all the way in and then 2 1/4 -+ 1/4 turns out, right?

-float has not adjustments, right?

When the float height is set correctly, the float should be parallel to the carb body when inverted.

thanks, I re-opened the bowl, inverted the carb and the float was not parallel to the boby. I had to "tweek" the little tab comming out of the float, after that the float was parallel to the body (to my eye). I ran the engine with "muffs" and it started real good, idled good, reving seemed ok, time to go on the water for testing! I like this engine!!
