Nissan 3.5 2stroke vibration

I have a mid 90's Nissan 3.5. The motor runs pretty well, but it vibrates like crazy by comparison to the Johnson 4 I had on my old boat. It's like magic fingers on the boat at full throttle.

I've heard people say that these motors vibrate, but does anyone have suggestions to troubleshoot possible causes or adjustments I could make?

All one cylider engines vibrate so it is a matter of degree. If the engine is starving for fuel or if there is an ignition problem it may go to abnormal.
