Nissan 25 hp Flooding

I have a 1995 Nissan 25 hp... this motor is easily flooding it self out? maybe i am pumping the bulb to much? any suggesstions of what this can be or anything?<br />thanks,<br />duckslayer

99 out of 100 times it is a dirty carb.
