Nissan 2 stroke 5 hp carb rebuild

I'm rebuilding my NS5B carb. I have the kit. Wondering if anyone has the adjustment settings and possible procedure and drawing fron the repair manual

Elvin, What is the initial setting on the needle valve? How many turns out?

It's 1 1/2 turns and then adjust, but you need to buy a manual if you are going to tinker around with the engine.

Thanks and Roger that. Just doing the carb. at this point. Motor runs good. Was getting stalling. After seeing what was laying in the bottom of the bowl I can understand why. Decided to throw in a carb. kit instead of just a cleaning.
The motor was a free be and had been sitting for a few years.

Im looking to also rebuild my carb but having a hard time
finding a kit.same Motor as yours!could you pls post info for me.

Parts are available from any Nissan or Tohatsu dealer.
