Nissan 1992 5hp - Idle Problem

After lowering my sails and heading back to the docks, as I get closer I reduce the throttle to idle. The engine in gear dies in the idle position. Runs great all other times. Also, where might I find a manual for this engine?

Owners manuals are available as a free download from Tohatsu. Take the engine in to a dealer and have it checked out.
