Nissan 120 to 140 conversion??

Is it possible? I have heard differing reports from throttle linkage to restrictor plates, carbs and reed valves. Anybody have a definitive answer?

Advance the timing as per the service manual and bend the throttle stop out of the way on the top carb = 140 hp. And that is the definitive answer.

Will that work the same with the 2 stroke Tohatsu 115. It looks to me to be identical to the nissan 120 2 stroke?????
