The only differance between them is the material that the plug is made from. Same as a Champion L78 and a L78 platium plug only diffrent brand. The BP8H-n-10 will cost less and is up to you as to how much you want to spend. As long as the motor was running fine with the old plugs, then I would use a new set of them to replace the old ones with. I always carry a extra set of plugs on the boat just incase one dose go bad and I have one to replace the bad one with then. Saves the day and money in the long run also. JMO
