NGK B8HS -vs- B8HS10? What's the difference??

Owner's manual says us B8HS10. Has B8HS installed. Is one hotter than the other?

Both plugs have the same heat range the difference is in the MAXIMUM PLUG END GAP. The BR8HS-10 is a maximum gap of .040" while the BR8HS has a maximum gap of considerably less than that. If it calls for a BR8HS-10 that is what you want to put in it to achieve the gap you need. The #8 in the plug symbol is the heat rating.
