Steelers had a bye week, nothing to report there.

Did anyone see that guy....ummmm, what is his name? Brett Favre? Outstanding game. I thought he was very graceful while speaking of the Greenbay fans and team. I'm looking forward to tonites game, Saints vs. Falcons. I love this game.

Go Steelers,

Favre is the missing link for the Vikings. We beat the Ravens and they stomped Denver yesterday. If the stars line up correctly the Vikings could see a superbowl this year. Never would have been a chance for that without the gunslinger. Tonight should be a fun game to watch.

Saints vs. Falcons, Great game! Only 2 left, Colts and Saints. Who will fall first?

Re: NFL week 8

My NY Giants crashed back down to earth last week and continued to spiral this week. No running game, no short game, little run defense, and absolutely void in the secondary. Tackling has all but disappeared. Doesn't seem to be any game planning but resorting to desparate passes to Steve Smith. Eli is missing open guys and hitting corners and safeties pretty regular. The wheels are coming off at the halfway point and hopefully the turnaround starts this Sunday.

Agreed!! GB was overmatched on all fronts. Now I rememeber why I hated #4 for so long. I wanted him on my team.

7-1 into the bye...

Man, those darn Saints looked scary. As of now, they're the only real threat to the Colts. I had no idea the Falcons are pretty decent. How did the GB crowd treated Farve? I didn't watch the game but saw when he came out on the field they booed him. GB let him go, it wasn't like he took the money and ran.

Although the Vikings managed to squeak by AGAIN they need to DO SOMETHING about the LETDOWN they have in the 35 to 50 minute range of their games.

Yep, the Ravens should have won easily, if not for the missed kick, they really let down in the 2nd half. Not as good as their record suggest IMO, definitely nowhere near the Saints or Colts.

If the Vikings could ever put a full game together, they would be unstoppable. Fortunately, they put together an awsome first half, and unfortunately, try to hang-on in the second. That can only last so long before it bites them in the arse. Not going to get away with that kind of play in the playoffs(that is if they don't have a complete meltdown between now and then). I'm just glad the Vikes and Brett beat the Pack at Lambeau. It's been fun having Brett on the team.... Life is good.....:D

Good for you! Must be very cool to see your daughters cheering on TV! If the NY Giants ever decide to field a cheerleading squad, your sparkling girls would have my vote!
