The end of the season and a few teams are still trying to get into the playoffs. Here is the latest on the who has to do what to get in.

Monday promises to be Head Coach Chopping Day. Quite a few names are on the list.

In week 16 aspeck was the leader with 12 wins and is leading by 2 games, followed by 12vman, GA, babcock and the Admiral.

Some of us who are a ways back will be throwing caution to the wind..... :)

Good luck folks!

Thanks, Musky.

OBJ is back from his one game suspension.

Rumor has it that Tom Coughlin is resigning from the Giants. He got a contract extension in February, keeping him through the 2016 season. So :noidea:

TC was the best coach we ever had ... Led us to 2 AFC Championship games .... Just not quite to the big game ...

Browns owner wouldn't say that Pettine's job is safe in a recent interview. Pagano is on the hot seat, who knows how any more will be looking for work in the coming days/weeks?

Sports radio all buzzing in NY last few days about Tom Coughlin resigning tomorrow. Gonna miss his style but as they say, comes a time.

Hate is a strong word regarding the the Cowpokes. I prefer loath, detest, abhor, abominate, despise, shun, but not hate. : )

Couglin is 69 YO. Maybe he want's to enjoy a little bit of life. Can't blame him at all.

Hate is too strong. I could add a few other choice words, but you pretty much got them all, Angus. America's Team - :puke:

Boys lose again, Patriots lose, if Denver wins the are top seed, Jets lose and Pittsburgh wins and squeaks into the playoffs, TC denounces the rumors he is retiring ... And we will go into the last game of the regular season with 12v 1 game behind me ... Hmmm, who to pick in the last game?

Brady was saving it for the playoffs. :D
The Admiral is moaning about Brady's stellar performance today. I'm staying out of her way. :behindsofa:

Pettine and the GM got axed after today's loss to the Steelers.

'Speck, you picked the Vikings. I was sure you and 12v would have gone with the Pack which would have given you the win before the coin toss. I'm rootin' for ya since I'm rootin' for the Vikings! C'mon Vikes! If the Pack win, they play each other in the first playoff game. If the Vikes win, they play Seattle at home. I think I would rather play the Packers.......

yeah. cleveland has no consistency. they need to pick a coaching staff and stick it out. they didn't get to the basement overnight, they won't get back to the top overnight either. their draft picks have mostly been flops and the owner drops the axe after 2 years. its gonna take several years to rebuild that team. IMO as long as whats his name is the owner they will never be good unless he steps back and lets the GM and coaches do their thing. not that i'm complaining though....they helped get my steelers in the playoffs today.

oh,,,by the way...the people i bought my boat from, the wife works for the browns. i forget what it is she does. marketing or something
