I've been lurking on this site for quite a while learning what I can from everyone. This is an excellent site and all involved should be proud of the service you provide to those us us with less experience.
Here's my question: I'm about to purchase a 2004 Century 2000 CC with a 150hp Yamaha on it. The bow of the boat has a very slight pulpit on it with a bow rail following around the pulpit. I'd like to add a trolling motor (I fish on lake Lanier in Georgia) up front but don't see any way of doing so without cutting away some of the bow rail, moving a cleat and so on. Does anyone have any suggestions or experience on this? Any experience with motor mounted trolling motors?
Any information would be greatly appreciated.
Jim.
