Just wanted to say hi and a BIG THANK YOU to everyone. I am new to boats and found this site a couple days ago. I have a 85 Achilles 13' inflatable with a 85 Evinrude 25RCOS motor. I bought it off my son-in-law awhile back. He, and his father, have owned it sense new. I could never get it started so it has been sitting. After finding this site I searched and read several pages of old post. Well today I went out with my new found knowledge and tried again. I put it in a barrel of water, never knew you had to do that, pumped the ball, hit the primer twice and gave it a try. On the 6th pull it FIRED UP!!. It's not running great, but it's running. Probably needs a tune up and maybe a carb rebuild. Figure I'll do the impeller and new fuel lines while I'm at it. Anyway, this is getting kind of long so THANKS AGAIN!
