Newbie here...

I have a 18ft. thunderbird, Mercruiser I/O Chevy 350. And when trying to put Gas in it the other day at AM PM, most of the gas leaks out from the side where there's two hole. (what looks like a filter.) Is this normal everytime putting in gas? I think I didn't even get any gas to the tank as well...

That is the tank vent....
You have a blockage in your fill line.....
Are you sure it is not full?.....JK
Not normal unless tank is full.....

I don't think the tank is full. I've have the boat out for three whole day straight, and gas indicator does show near "E". What could have cause it to block the fill line?

Hard to say what would block it. Followw the hose that connects your tank to the gas cap and pull the hose off and see if it is blocked or maybe kinked somewhere.
