Re: New trailer for old boat (?)
Decent used trailers are hard to find.
Aluminum is even harder to find.
And to fit a specific boat is harder yet.

Sellers know this, and price their used trailers accordingly.

Your best bet and value will be to find a new one. Spend the extra $400 and get one that is decent.

You need to know the total weight of the boat, motor, gas and gear, as well as the width, to buy the appropriate trailer. According to NADA, your boat weighs in at 1487# plus gas, oil, and gear, so maybe 1900 total. It is 90" wide.

You can get a nice 2400# capacity , single axle trailer, without spending too much. If you want brakes, I believe Georgia requires brakes on trailers over 2500#, you can get a trailer with brakes for about $500-$600 more.

You should be able to get a new galvanized bunk trailer for $1200.

Aluminum , $1600.
Here is some trailer sizing info, and a price list.
