It looks like one rod with 4 hook points to me, bet it would have some game wardens scratching their heads up north... unless there's a reg about how many lines you can have.

I'm just surprised on how well the 4 lines go out and don't get tangled or crossed since they're all at slightly different lengths from the tip. Nice fish in the little creek too. I don't think I could get away with that here though, although I can use 2 rods in lakes, so possibly the first one he pulls out. Running a double senko might be fun. lol

I was trying to get a look at the reel. Maybe if I spoke Japanse it was explained.

It looked like all 4 lines were coming off a single spool, but when he hooked that fish, the other 3 baits reeled up to the end of their rods but the one with the fish appeared to have drag slippage. Interesting.

I want to hear what they're saying!! they are laughing alot. Hook 4 big fish at once and I don't think he'd be laughing long!!! where's the video of him practiceing and getting a unpickable giant birdnest????
