New to Starcraft boats

Hi everyone. My fishing buddy was looking for an aluminum boat and I found a 1987 Starcraft SS openbow runabout in great shape for him two months ago. If I can find a pic I will post it. Then I decided I wanted an aluminum as well and sold my 16 ft Marlin Satilite. Looking on the same site I found the first on (KiJiJi) I found a 1984 Starcraft 16 ft openbow Fish and Ski with a factory front casting deck and live well. The boat was 500 miles away and I had the last owner send me a ton of photos and bought is sight unseen. As it turns out it looked great in the photos but the live well had been leaking for years and rotted the floor in the bow nand saturated the flotation foam under the floor, so I gutted the whole interior. I now have a winter project to look forward to. Here are some photos

Hey dozer, welcome to the cult umm, club. Shame you got to redo the deck, rest of the boat looks good! You need to setup on photobucket so we can get a good look at her. Good luck with the winter project and keep us posted on the progress, Lots of helpful tips and advise on here!:D

Welcome Dozer, if you have a couple years you can browse through a ton of helpful hints and projects that will help you. If that doesn't do it, do like I do, just ask. the guys ( and gals ) on here are great. good luck, nice looking boat.
