I just purchased a used 2007 T9.9ELH2 to use as a kicker. I've not owned Yamahas before.
1. I was under the impression that if the motor had electric start it would also have a charging system that charged the battery while engine is running. Now I hear that may or may not be the case. How can I figure out if mine charges or not, or is equipped to do so?
2 Also, I decoded the model number except I cannot find anywhere what the "2" at then end of the model number means. Any help?
3. The prop on this motor is dinged up, what prop do you guys recommend for this motor and where to get it?
