I recently bought a 2005 bass tracker pt175 with a 50hp on it. The first time my wife and I took it out, we had top speed at about 35 mph. When I put new tank of gas in it, I must have got some bad gas, because it start stalling periodically while riding and top speed was 20mph. Took to local place that has worked on boats for me in the past and he cleaned carb, replaced spark plugs, and fuel filter and said it was ready to go. Put new, non ethanol gas in, and STILL it's doing the same thing...topping out at 20-22 mph and rpm showing at 5000. What's wrong, it's extremely frustrating knowing that it is supposed to go faster than that......on top of that the fish weren't biting, so it made for a crappy weekend, but it was definitely better than being at work
