What's up folks,
Just bought my first boat. It's a fixer upper so I get to have some fun with it before I get in the water. Every time I Google something to troubleshoot I always find links to this forum so I figured I would just join the community. I also started taking pictures and shooting video to document this adventure. I don't know any boating terms so bare with me if I use the word "thingy" several times. Point me in the right direction if I post in the wrong section. Thanks in advance for your help. Wish me luck

Kap

OK KAP heres how it works,

First you post, check.

Second you take the flogging you got on your first post and do as you were directed, in this case you post pics of your boat or prospective boat, having attractive women in those pics will get you a raise.

Third you proceed to mop the site bathrooms as required of all cadets per forum rules.

And welcome to iboats!!

Well, we have done away with most of the neophyte hazing . . . so maybe the moping will be out.

Since the site is under going some technical renovations, it would be best to have your pictures out on photobucket or a similar picture hosting site, then just copy/paste them into your posts.

Thanks everyone for the info. She is a 1991 ebbtide 182. Yamaha V6 4.3 engine runs now but not great. I will post for help in proper forum section when I find them. Here's the pic.

I had a buddy with an older Ebbtide. It was a nice little boat. Hope this one rejuvenates easily for ya'.

Welcome and good luck with the money pit! When you need parts and accessories, don't forget to check out the iboats store. You will find good prices and a very helpful customer support system. Enjoy the boat and keep posting pics.
