Hello all! I want to replace my plug wires on my 1978 johnson 115, can you tell me which ones to buy? I see some with brass threaded ends but mine seem to just slide out. Maybe the ends are in the coil? Please help:confused: Ready to order just not sure what to buy.....Thanks

Re: New spark plug wires, what to buy?

If you want to just replace the wire, Bombardier dealers sell spark plug wire by the foot, from a 100' roll. Most dealerships stock it. Part number 772584. If you have the newer replacement coils (with the spark plug wire with a boot on each end) those are sold as a kit (one per cyl.) Part number 582365. As I recall, your original 1978 coils had a spark plug wire which was not considered replaceable. It was moulded into the coil winding.
