...at least the prep for it. I may be a bit behind some of you other southern boaters.
Car is packed, tunes are loaded, gps is primed, travel mug ready for Coffee No. 1.
I'm heading up to the cabin today to re-commission the water system, check on any winter damage, pay the boat storage guy, (and...begin planning my carport/boatport add-on to the garage so I can finally stop paying the boat storage guy. ), get the old Ferguson ready for launching duty, and check on the dock mooring anchors.
I won't actually splash the Scout this weekend, but am really looking forward to some alone time to tinker and get ready. (Lady and young Prince Scoutabout have begged off this trip. Actually, my wife is telling me to stop looking so guilty and just go enjoy myself....LOL.)
So, just 300 km between me and Nirvana and I just had to share!
