New Sea Ray owner!

Really excited about this new to me Bow Rider. My previous boat was an 18' Bayliner Bass Fish/Ski model that had a 125 horse 2 stroke outboard. I only managed to get it on the water a couple times, but it had motor issues and was only capable of carrying 4. I ended up cutting my losses on it and looking for something more family friendly.

Enter the Sea Ray.

It's a 1990, previous owner has had it since 1991 and has every receipt and maintenance record since he's owned it. The 4.3 Mercruiser fires right up and was just serviced last month. It's been well cared for, it is just a little bit dirty and needs a good scrubbing.

Speaking of scrubbing, anybody have recommendations for products to use on the seats?

Anyway, hello to everybody - here's a couple pictures before cleaning.

That's a really nice Sea Ray! Congrats!! Hopefully you can get to use this more than the Bayliner. As for the seats, I think any good vinyl seat cleaner would work topped off with uv protectant. I like either Marine Spray Nine or Simple Green to clean with ArmorAll to protect the seats.

Is that the minivan towing your new sea ray? If so, how is it working out for you? I heard several people doing it and looking to have the same setup. All of you have V8 and 4x4 for towing, I know you have a good set-up already. Please don't bash these family minivan, they are very nice with towing package

Nice boat!! I love that vintage Sea Ray. Lucky find. From the looks of the photos, your upholstery doesn't have any mildew stains, but if it does, Starbrite Mildew Stain Remover works great. Then for protection, 303 Protectant is great stuff; be careful though, it's slick.
