A friend recently gave me a stainless prop to run<br />on my 97 25hp Mariner....he sold his boat w/25hp merc.<br />The ss prop is a 14 pitch.....the aluminum prop<br />that I took off is a 13 pitch.<br /><br />It runs great at wot....it just runs rough when in<br />gear at idle. Also when you first give it some<br />gas it hesitates just a little. Other than that<br />it runs great. Maybe it needs to be idled up a <br />little because of the extra drag of the 14pitch?<br /><br />Thanks,<br />Wily
