I just hate that I missed your response on how to change a 9HP to a 15 and not spend a cent. Or was it a 15 to a 30?

Or do like I did on my 200 Evinrude 3 liter. I showed up at the race with simply a decal that says 3000cc (which is 3.0 liters). Some of the guys tried to get me DQ'd before the boat was even off the trailer. <br /><br />I guess it didnt help when we won. Both days.
