does anyone know any other years or hp that would have the same size piston as a 1955 7.5 hp evinrude or were they different every year.maybe a newer 8 hp piston would fit?
That's not the part # I came up with for a standard bore, I think thats the .020 over piston. I don't have the info in front of me that I used to look in my stash of parts for the piston though.
Yes, sorry you are right. That is for the oversized piston. The correct number is 276790. Which appears to be superceded by 0376989, which is still available as a vintage part?!
