I have a 1966 Merc 650, ser # 1869630), 4 cylinder.

I am looking for part change-up numbers/replacements (aftermarket, like Sierra) for the following seals:

Water Pump Body Seals: C-26-31507
C-26-31489

Shift Shaft Seal: C-26-31249

Bearing Carrier Seals: C-26-30550

Any help is appreciated.
Thank you

All of your Merc part numbers have been superceded several times. The Sierra parts are aftermarket replacement for the latest Merc part.

GA_Boater - thank you for the information, I appreciate it.

Mi duckdown: My apologies if I did something incorrectly. I had two different questions and thought it best to ask them separately so one didn't get lost in the other.

No apologies needed just trying to get you the best info. as for as the seal orientation, the seals Did not know there were 3. I do not have My OEM manual for that motor at home,BUT the seals work like this. Seal that faces to lowerend is rubber down. seal that faces pump is rubber up. keeps oil in water out.
