My name is David and I just purchased a 220 DA. This is really my first boat of this size. I had a Jet boat when I was young. What I really wanted to find out is "What do I need to know about this boat?" What are the good and bad points of the boat. I am in the process of going over everything and giving it a very good cleaning. It was very dirty inside and out. The people I bought if from didn't keep it very clean but the more I get into it the more impressed I am with the boat. I didn't get any manuals or information with the boat So I dont know exactly what all features it has or where equipment is located.
I do know that they let the block freeze and bust. So I'm in the process of finding and replacing that. It shows to have only 230 hrs on the boat and looking at the wear point I think that is correct.
If you would like to give me some advice, I would very much appreciate it.
