New owner - 2003 Roamer 43

Hello, we recently took possession of our 43 Roamer.
It appears the Starboard Fuel tank is providing almost all of the fuel.
Starboard 1/2 Tank - Port almost full.
~12 Hrs engine time

I cant find User Manuals online.
Has anyone seen a standard Fuel Transfer System - I dont see one - but I am no mechanic for sure.

If you haven't been able to find a manual or any info online, then it may not exist. Have you reached out to Chris-Craft for any info on the fuel system? Their customer service folks are helpful. (I've worked with Carlo and Leo on their service staff)

Perhaps you could post a few pictures of the fuel system lines/valves/fittings for better responses.
