new nissan four-stroke ?

I am buying a 15 H P four-stroke NISSAN long shaft with electric start (2008).
Never had four-stroke before. Has any one got one that can give me info on what to expect from this engine? It will go on a 14 ft. alu.semi v fishing boat
(sylvan). I do a lot of trolling, do they run pretty smooth?
Would appreciate what I can learn about this engine. Thanks

I have had the 18 for a few years. Very good power, clean running, smooth,
and superb mileage. I have not had any problems with it.

It was delivered by truck, and I helped the driver unload it. I uncrated it,
and installed it in short time. I wish I could do that again with a 40hp, but
they won't ship larger motors nowadays for delivery.

They run smoothly compared to a carburetored 2-stroke.

Thanks guys,
I get my motor tomorrow by fed-x. Anxious to get it on the boat and in the water. I have been useing a 9-9 evinrude and its a good motor (91) but it isn't electric start. My old arms are getting weak.Thanks again you made my day........bsandy.....
