Like lakelover said, I prefer to stay a little closer to the water.<br /><br />I'm definitely no carb expert, but it sounds to me like your carb floats are either stuck or set too high. Adjusting the floats is relatively straight forward as long as you follow the manual step by step and do one carb at a time. The float should be even with the top of the carb bowl when turned upside down.<br /><br />The carb kits I've used had new gaskets, a float and a needle valve. They ran about $15 per carb if I recall correctly. Don't know what additional items would be included for the $45 price you mention.<br /><br />Good luck!<br /><br />Brew
