2017 Bayliner 195DB with a 4.3L 220 Mercrusier seems to be overheating.

After a few hours of boating I am getting the warning sound. Sometimes affects performance.

When I drain the water it is hot to the touch. Start it back up and it's fine.

Starts fine everytime

Temp gauge does not indicate overheating

Any insight would be appreciated

Ayuh,.... Welcome Aboard,.... If this is a Mpi or Efi motor, not carbed,.....
I'd guess there's a poor connection to the temp sender, cauisin' the 'puter a problem,....

its a new boat, comes with a warranty.......call the place you bought it and have them fix it.

+1 warranty item. Probably a bad sender causing the alarm. Let the dealer you bought it from make it right

Thanks, plan on calling just hoping it might be something easy I could take care of.
