Check the old leaf springs and found that the metal were all flaking off in layers from the rust. Installed all four new galvanized leaf springs with new mounting hardware. Galvanize leaf springs cost a bit more but worth the money if used in saltwater <br /><br />Some of the bolts, I just twisted with a rachet and leverage bar til they sheared off due to the nut and thread fused together from rust.<br /><br />Alot of trailers are deal on the road due to broken leaf springs which hold the axle in place. So check them periodically.
