New Keyboard

Just got my new wareless keyboard and wareless moose hooked up. Pertty nice ain't she. Smooth as warm day on a windless water. Now if I can just keep the darn cat of mine from draggin off the darn mouse I'll be in good shape. She's a Calico Cat and we call her Digby. My significant other half picked her out of the litter. Must be why she's so darned ornery. But I didn't bring ya here to talk about my cat. Just wanted ta show off my new keyboard and mouse.

I got one last week too. It is the Microsoft Bluetooth model and it doesn't lag like my old wireless mouse did before I trashed it. I moved the keyboard away at 5' intervals throught the house and typed in the intervals as I moved..it worked as far as I could travel in the house..about 50'. <br />I am going to use it on my boat while living aboard...no wires! <br /><br />I also got a flat panel monitor with a built in tuner...I can watch tv on the full screen (with a remote) or I can use the pip for tv in any corner you choose while checking out iboats.<br />Neat stuff..lotsa fun and convienient.<br /><br />What model did you get and do you notice any lag?<br /><br />I have a great, understanding wife!!

I got the Microsoft Wireless Optical Desktop combo. Dosen't seem to be any lag at all. I can type pretty good and it dosen't miss a beat...errr..stroke. The mouse is also Optical and it's just as good as the old one. I was real close to gettin' a whole new rig at Circuit City. Her herself and I have been talking about it for a while so the granddaughter can have her own set up in her bedroom. BUT...we got a house to finish and that's enough for now. The keyboard was a neccessity. The Granddaughter had the other one beat to a pulp....literally. Space bar hardly wouldn't space anymore. All in all, I like it. Opps...Granddaughter looking over my shoulder. LOL.
