New Glassmaster Owner Here. 1968 Runabout

Hello All,
Just wanted to introduce myself and my boat.
I picked this Jewel up this past weekend for $400.00. Purchased it from the original owner (he was 82) who garage kept it its whole life.
1968 Glassmaster Runabout
Johnson 100HP Outboard same year as boat I think.
Motor runs nice, has some shotty electrical in motor & boat. Nothing to bad just crappy cut splices etc. I am currently in the process of redoing all the wiring. Then some fresh carpet and some new lounge chairs.
Nice solid floor on it too, no soft spots at all.
So that?s the Runabout.
First 3 Photos are how it was when I picked it up, Second 3 After I started some projects.

P.S. If anyone knows where I can find original owners manual to purchase/download I would really appreciate it.

I just picked up the same boat for 350 with trailer and a 68 johnson 65HP out board. I have to put in some carpet and some seats and i will be on the water soon. i can not find much about these boats, anyone know what model it is? I have the same windshield as Fstorm.....maybe different years? my title says 69 but i can not find anything about these boats in 69 only 68 and older. any info any of us get, make sure to post it. never know when we could be able to help one another.

I did a search for Glassmaster outboards and found nothing before 1972, and the info linked me back to iboats info page here, http://www.iboats.com/Glassmaster__500P_GMS__1972/bp/61b35443r0 what little info that gives does describe my boat, but still no photos or anything for me to actually verify it. The hunt continues. all part of the fun
