New Engine, What is Included?

I have heard that the price of a new ETEC does not include oil tank, controls, prop.

If so, what are typical prices of these?

I know the local outboard dealers here (Bass Pro for one), includes a "setup" package (varies per value of engine), which includes them putting it on your boat, hooking it up, etc. Basically drop your boat off and they take care of installing it. Not sure if you need to have your old equipment removed already though, or if it assumes you already have controls... so good question!
