I have a 1997 5.7l gsi that blow the head gasket. When we took the head off two of the cylinder walls are scored up real bad. My question is what is my best cost efficient fix for this. Should I get it bored out and rebuild it or buy a short block and what is the best place to get pistons or a short block or maybe even a long block. Thank you.
